Services & Repairs

We provide service, repairs and callouts to all following types of products.

Stairlifts,     Mobility Scooters,    Power Chairs,    Hoists,     Lift and Recling Chairs,    Adjustable Electric Beds,   Bath Hoists,  Wheelchairs,   Rollators and much more. 

These prices below are a guide and will be adjusted according to indvidual job/customer requirements.

Full Service - Folding/Boot scooter/small Power Chair = £95 to £150

Includes up to 1 hour of labour in workshop, full service and battery test

Delivery and collection within 5 miles = £30 to £40 (For service or Repair)

Additional miles- £1 per mile

Full Service - 4/8mph Pavement/Road scooter = £140 to £190

Includes up to 1 hour of labour in workshop, full service and battery test)

Delivery and collection within 5 miles = £30 to £40 (For service or Repair)

Additional miles- £1 per mile

Repairs = £95 to £120

Diagnosis and repair in workshop for any 4/8mph scooter or powered wheelchair.

Includes up to 1 hour of engineer’s time. Hourly rate £40 is charged thereafter. 

Call Out Charge = £95 £150

Up to ½ hour of our engineer’s time on site.

Includes travel within 5 miles of Huntingdon

Hourly rate is charged at £50 per hour thereafter

•       Any parts required will be requoted separately.

•       Return to fit charge (30 mins on site) = £60

•       Additional miles - £1 per mile

Minimum charge £20 to £30 for small jobs  (10mins Labour)  (adjusting brakes, changing wheels etc)

Manual Wheelchair/Rollators - Full Service = £40 to £50

Battery Test = £40 to £50  – (This charge is refunded if new batteries are purchased from us)

Installation of new batteries-in casing at workshop = £40 to £50

Tyre Puncture- When in workshop - £30 to £35

(plus the cost of new tube/parts if required) 

Stairlift Callout Charge

•       £130 to £150 (within 10 miles) 

•       £150 to £180 (within 10-30 miles)
